Palletry AI Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 30, 2026

Palletry AI ("Palletry AI," "we," "us") is a browser extension and backend service, operated by Shivalone LLC, that extracts item-level data from liquidation manifest listings on supported marketplace sites and provides price and product recall research on that data. This policy explains what information Palletry AI collects, why, and how it's handled.

What Palletry AI does

When you use the Palletry AI extension on a supported listing page (currently B-Stock, Liquidation.com, Direct Liquidation, Via Trading, and BlueLots), it reads the manifest/item list published on that page - item descriptions, quantities, UPCs, and listing metadata - and sends it to Palletry AI's backend for analysis. The extension does not run on, read, or modify any other websites.

Disclaimers

Data accuracy & completeness

Manifest, pricing, and product-match data in your reports comes from what the source liquidation listing publishes and what our third-party data connectors (currently Logimu, eBay, UPCitemdb, and the CPSC recall database) return for a given item. This coverage is never guaranteed to be complete or fully accurate - even on Pro, some items may be missing pricing, a product match, or category data, and a matched product isn't guaranteed to be identical to the item in the lot. Treat every report as a starting point for your own research, not a final word.

AI-generated content

The "Analyze with AI" feature uses a third-party AI model (Anthropic's Claude) to summarize a report's numbers and item data in plain English. AI-generated text can be incomplete, miss context, or simply be wrong - it should never be your sole basis for a bidding decision. Review the underlying numbers yourself and use your own judgment alongside it, not in place of it.

Not financial or professional advice

Palletry AI is a research tool, not a guarantee of value, condition, or resale outcome. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and using it does not guarantee a profitable purchase. You're responsible for your own bidding and purchasing decisions. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

Information we collect

Account information. To use Palletry AI you create an account with an email address and password. Your password is never stored in plain text - only a salted cryptographic hash is kept, which cannot be reversed back into your original password.

Manifest data. When you run an analysis on a supported listing page, the extracted item data (descriptions, quantities, UPCs, listing title/URL, and similar listing metadata) is sent to our backend and stored against your account so you can view your analysis history later. This data comes from publicly listed content on the marketplace pages you visit, not from your personal files or browsing elsewhere.

Subscription and billing information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is collected directly by our payment processor, Stripe - Palletry AI's servers never receive or store your card number or other raw payment details. We store only a Stripe-assigned customer ID, subscription ID, and subscription status, so we know what plan your account is on.

Feedback. If you submit feedback or a feature request through the extension, that message and its category (bug, feature request, or general) are stored against your account so we can follow up if needed.

Diagnostic data. If an extraction attempt fails or behaves unexpectedly, the extension may send anonymous diagnostic information (which site, which step failed, an error message, and the page URL) to help us fix the issue. This diagnostic report is not tied to your account.

Server logs. Like most web services, our backend keeps operational logs (request timing, error details, and similar technical information) for troubleshooting and reliability purposes. These logs may include your IP address as part of standard request metadata.
